Feels outdated, barely runs, and has been down for 3 days at this point.
There’s always something not working.
This app needs a serious overhaul from the top down. There’s always something different each time that doesn’t work. A lot of the time it won’t even load the login page. Or you enter your credentials and it doesn’t do anything. Of course it happens when you need to access the app the most, so thanks for that. I always have issues transferring funds around. It’s just overall really buggy. Also card guard notifications only work when it feels like it despite all my settings being correct.

i have not been able to join this ever since i got an account with them, a year and a half ago. every time i go to enroll it says “fail to enroll”. quite ridiculous i can’t even see what’s in my account or the activity within it.

This app is horrible, it constantly freezes, crashes, says your username and password are wrong, then won’t let you reset your password, etc… The 1 out of 10 times you can actually get this app to work its great

2-7-21. I have never really had any major problem with this app. I was happy to see that they finally came up with face ID. This app has stopped working for me since iOS 14.5 came out. Time for the tech people to do an update on the app. ASAP!!!
Never works
The online AND the app never work. Not everyone has a lifestyle where they can get to the bank during its working hours on a daily basis. If I have a bill to pay but I can’t because of the app or online being faulty then I’m going to received an outrages late fee because of it.
I just updated my app a week ago to its STILL latest software and every day since I’ve been trying to make a transfer but every time I click it the app freezes. Finally after a week I uninstalled the app to download it again and now it won’t download to my phone. So then I go online to do it but it says I can’t log in for whatever reason even though I KNOW my password was correct.
Then I go through the process of resetting my password and as I type the password I want it says “password cannot be current password” SO IF THAT IS MY PASSWORD THEN WHY WONT IT LET ME LOG IN. Keep in mind, on the app, it went through just fine so I know there is no hold to my account or anything else.
Finally am able to get the app to download because it just decided it wanted to work and I go to make the transfer AND IT STILL FREEZES.
This bank needs to seriously consider who their tech relationship is with because I am always constantly being locked out of my app or online because it says my password is wrong even though it’s NEVER wrong. If I receive any sort of late fee and interest charge and it’s to the fault of the app not working properly, you better believe the bank is giving me that money right back.

I don’t live in New York any longer and this is a great way for me to deposit any checks I may have.
Transfer funds not available
Not happy. My first car payment will be coming out in May and I am unable to transfer finds!? I put $ in savings for that payment now I will end up overdrafting

Not great at all
I have never been able to use this app. Today I tried again, and it stated that it had to be updated. I hit the update and it sent me to the App Store. In the App Store I hit open and it sent me back to the app where it told me it needed an update😡😡😡. I finally gave up and just went to the website and made a transfer from there.

Needs a serious update
This app rarely works for me. I have to try closing it and reopening it until I no longer get an alert that says the app is having problems and won't open. On the rare occasion I can get in to see my accounts, there is no Touch ID or other features of most banking apps these days.
Can't transfer funds
Transferring money from savings to checking, seems to work when it wants to. Pop up says; funds can't be transferred at that time and to try again later. I've tried multiple times over the course of the past 4-5 days, during nonbusiness and business hours. It hasn't worked once lately. I need to be able to transfer funds 24/7 or at least during business hours.
