Good when it works
The app is good when it saves your username. But it randomly deletes the “save login” info and you end up having to call the bank for help and it gets annoying when you need to transfer money to pay bills and you’re locked out of your account.
If they can figure that part out on this app on top of having to update your password a lot and the app. Easiest 5 star review.

I don’t like to have to keep typing I’m my password and for some reason my phone won’t retain it so I have to keep it on paper and get it when I need it because I can’t remember it

It fine, because it gets the job done. I had to get used to the new setup. It has gotten easier over time.

Not only is this bank a PITA to deal with, the upgrade to this app has me thinking it's time to close the account and keep everything at First National.
