Some bull jive
Years later and same jive. Every time I have to upload a check it takes 15 minutes. Because the camera just doesn’t want to read the endorsement. Or I get completely logged out of the app and have to start all the way over. 15 minutes to deposit a check is ridiculous.
Easy to use
No problems with remote deposit. I enjoy able to deposit no matter where I am in the world.
Sick of fighting with the app
It is always a fight to get the photo capture portion to work on a deposit. I have to tap 30-40 times, often getting kicked out and having to start over. I’m so frustrated I’m thinking of just changing banks to someone with a better app!
Access
The access to the account is so difficult. I am rarely able to use facial recognition for some reason and have had to reset my password almost every time.
Simple to use – – ultra secure
I have been using the First Command bank app for multiple years now… I find the interface very intuitive to use – – and also the security is second to none…
One time I accidentally missentered a dollar amount for a check deposit… I called customer service the next duty day – – it was fixed within the hour!

I’ve been using FCB app for some time now and never had issues until fairly recently.
I’m constantly getting an error message when trying to sign in. Just that an error occurred and that I need to call a number if it doesn’t resolve.
I know that everything I enter is correct. It works on the website. It’s getting frustrating when on the go and I can’t access my account except via browser. Then why have the app.
What is causing this sign in error? I’ve also tried deinstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting network settings, and went as far as resetting my router. Please, I’m begging to get this fixed because it’s causing stress.
Other than that, I’m quite happy with FCB. It’s just the app that needs major improvement.

App review
The app continually has issues when select options. It just craps out and isn’t responsive. The issue has repeated itself over and over again regardless of my internet’s power.
Various Mobile App issues
Despite calling help line, mobile application still prevents me from accessing information via user/password or Facial ID recognition tool.
Unstable
App repeatedly encounters errors when authenticating and doesn’t retain login ID consistently. Additionally the Face ID integration is problematic, not authenticating automatically, consistently, or often resulting in an obscure or useless error to help the user resolve it

The First Command MobileCommand App is so easy and convenient to use when away from home.
Needs Bug Fixing
The app will not let me log into my account. Keeps giving me an error when I try to use my correct password that I know works with the website. It’s worked pretty good in the past, but has some iffy moments if it will let me login or not.
Love the App, but Please Fix
I’ve been using the FC app for many years and find it very useful. However, a recent update did away with landscape viewing mode on the iPad. Since my iPad is in a case and it supports the iPad on a desk, etc., I use it in a landscape orientation. Please return a landscape viewing mode to the iPad version of the app.
