Works great! Sometimes a little slow but what app can’t be! I love my bank!
Mobile banking at first community bank
1- the mobile deposit feature is worthless because you have too many restrictions and can’t deposit over $1K
2- you make the user click and extra time to see all acct activity
3-you time out users every 90 days. This is annoying. Other banks don’t do that
4- all in all, you mobile banking is an inferior product.
5- if you are scared of customers committing fraud, just do away with it. As it is now, it is only good for retrieving acct balances.

The newest version of the mobile banking app is the best so far, in my opinion, very user friendly and informative, I love that the balance is displayed below each transaction.

Love the ease of using this App to monitor my day to day activity. Pay Bills online, transfer funds, & do mobile deposits.
App is lacking compared to other banks
I hate this app. Face I.D. Does not work half the time, it doesn’t show your updated balance with every transaction, no dark mode, and I’ve had to make so many new passwords, I can’t even keep up with it anymore. Frustrating compared to other banks.
Update: I still hate this app a year later. Considering switching banks because it’s so hard to access my account.

Abysmal App Experience
So many things wrong with this app! I completely understand the bank is a small community bank, so I’m wasn’t expecting an app on the level of American Express or USAA or some gargantuan enterprise. However, I’m one month into banking with this app, and find the following issues have caused a very poor user experience: (1) forgets username and password despite having the “remember my” options selected every time. (2) I completely lost access after only one week of use and have not been able to re-enroll my phone number again yet despite using tech support. (3) the jury is still out on the actual usability of the app due to having no access!

Great bank, great people, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE APP. Kicks me out of my acct every few months for no reason at all and then tells me my passwords are incorrect when trying to get back in…. Been dealing with it for years now hoping it gets better but it has not, unfortunately.
