Horrible Experience Thus Far
It has been nothing but a horrible nightmare since the implementation of this First Edge app. My portfolio is no longer accurate.
One day, you are missing hundreds of thousands to several millions of Naira in a given investment within your portfolio. Other times, entire investments reverts or ZERO Naira.
Customer service is abysmal. They simply don’t respond to your concerns for days to weeks until you notify them of escalation to the SEC. You’ll then get an unsatisfactory boilerplate response from your Account Manager.
Please restore investors confidence before mass divestments ensures.

Terrible platform. A month has gone and you are still uploading customer portfolios. At these times of fraudulent practice in the banking sector, such suspense cannot be accommodated. Please restore customer confidence quickly.
