Lock out period too short
If you don’t log in every month it locks you out. I’ve never dealt with an app that requires this and it is very inconvenient.
Lots of Crashes
The app has been having lots of maintenance issues lately
not user friendly
compared to other banks apps this app is so low quality and not user friendly. oh yes they are very good at keep asking your user id and passwords so if you feel safe doing that this app will work for you
Not a good update
I recently updated the app and now it will not use facial recognition to login. Can this be fixed?

Not a good update
Since you updated your mobile app, I have had the hardest time logging in. It takes 2-3 times before I am able to gain access. And sometimes I still get locked out. Not a good update.
