Amazing Bank
I absolutely Love first Farmers Lewisburg they are truly amazing & they care about the person! Then this app is wonderful & helpful to the point I rarely have to contact the bank everything is at my fingertips. I 100% recommend this bank & app!
To slow, doesn’t show updated balance
Won’t pull up my information because it’s slow, and have to get a calculator out just to check my balance

The only thing better than the app, is when I have the pleasure of calling the one 800 number. This institution sets the gold standard for customer service.

Unnecessary Taps
I’ve been a customer for longer than the app has been in existence. The first version was pretty bad. This version generally works well for me, but one behavior from the old version has come back after an extended absence. Almost every time I start the app it tells me I’ve been logged out. I now have to tap ok, then tap FaceID to log in. First world problem, I know, but of course I’m logged out! Why would this behavior ever have been contemplated? If I’m logged out then fire up FaceID and log me back in! Please and thank you.

Mobile deposit of business checks
Mobile deposit of business checks is still a pain. I’m constantly having to go through the extra step of verifying that the person who endorsed the back of the check is actually a signer on the account.

I miss the old app.. it wasn’t as complicated, always worked..and had more options for mobile banking. It’s making life more difficult.
Terrible
I’ve tried to get into my account a million times by having them e-mail me my username but it won’t even send me an e-mail. Then I called the help number and they told me they don’t have an account under my name… I got the e-mail telling me this is the new app. Definitely a waste of my time when the other app worked just fine. I still haven’t been able to get in on this app.

Why fix what isn’t broken
I’ve tapped “text me again” 3 times and still nothing, the old app worked just fine.
Frustrating
It locked me out of my account when I most definitely entered the correct username and password.
I have left 4 voicemails in the past 3 days and they will not return my call as promised.
