This bank does not have the standard features like contactless payment and Apple Pay.
Sub-Par Bank
I have a lot of beef with this bank. One is the fact that Apple Pay is not supported. Two is that their Debit cards are in need of an update to get tap support. I get that this is a hometown bank but seriously, the Zahn’s have money! Invest in the future! Nobody likes old technology. Also the app says there is an update but no update available in the App Store.

Worthless
This app never wants to work right! It always wants to tell me it can’t validate any of my info and refuses to take my Face ID. I change my password and it still tells me it can’t validate my info and refuses to let me access the app or my bank info. It does this all the time. Really considering closing my bank account cause if I can’t access it while I’m on vacation then what’s the point in continuing to have service with a bank that can’t accommodate someone. Sad cause it happens all the time.
