Lots of problems.
I have repeatedly had to uninstall and reinstall this app and the credit union has not really supplied great support but they have been helpful in listening. I don’t think that’s their job. However what I find extremely galling is it according to the descriptions of the app in the store it has not been updated since iOS 13. Hello developer it’s now iOS 15.2. So the next question is how soon will it get hacked. There are other problems within the app also such as telling you to remember mobile deposit must be on the back of the check AFTER take the picture of the front of the check. How many people do you think endorses it before they take the pictures which seems like common sense to me. It should be put up before you even take the pictures so that people don’t have to scribble all over the back of the check again.

Crashes frequently.
App frequently crashes with “That system is not available” especially when trying to access statements. eStatements is also the weak link on the main website. Which is the reason I downloaded the app. Neither the main site nor the app work very well.
New update is awesome
The new update allows for Touch and Facial ID along with single sign-on for all mobile activities. Love it.
Cheap link to the web interface
This isn’t an actual app... it is just a poorly executed link to the web interface. It can’t remember your userID, it can’t utilize Touch or Face ID. If you want to temporarily disable your card (maybe you lost it) you have to download a totally different app. If you want to electronically deposit a check after looking at your balance, you have to log out and log back in to get to the link to deposit. Every time I want to try and configure the app to allow me to do bill pay. I get a web error that cookies are blocked. Therefore I can’t do bill pay from the app because I’m not even blocking cookies...
Also, it appears that the app can’t handle enterprise WiFi setups. Every time I’m at work or at school and want to check my balance, I have to disable WiFi and use cellular data to be able to log in. If I try through the WiFi it just says error and fails to even allow me to attempt to log in.

New Update 3.0
The new update has a major visual flaw/bug. The main screen is completely black and you have to guess where to press. Everything else works fine but it a quite a big bug that still is not fixed so I have no idea how to navigate the main screen anymore. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
