User reviews

Awesome bank & great mobile banking apps & services!

First Federal’s services are incredible, especially for a community bank.

Total garbage

This is the worst banking app I have ever used if I could please get the old version back that would be great!!

App problems

First Federal I like. The app is problematic and has been for nearly a year. It does not work well on my iPad. I spent a lot of time with people in First Federal and all I got was excuses about how it’s operated by a third party vendor. At one point I was told it was because my iPad was old. I spent $400 on a new iPad and if anything it is even worse. Now it opens sideways and is impossible to use. It’s fine on my iPhone but that screen is small. So I have to use my browser to access my account. This is ridiculous. I’ve nearly moved my banking somewhere else.

New Format

This recent change in the 1st Federal App is slow, will not let me run it in dark mode , cannot pull up recent payments or transactions !! Poor Change for your customers…

Kicked out

Idk why, but I’m kicked out & locked out of this app more than any other. I suppose good in a way. They’re trying to keep it secure, but why am I locked out constantly? I don’t understand. It’s very frustrating when I need to do banking or check my balance & it’s after hours so I’ll have to wait! 😤
