Lots of issues
Seems to have a lot of issues vs the last one, and I don’t like that there is no running balance with each transaction
Slow and clunky
Crashes a lot and doesn’t remember user info. Worst of all the banking apps I use.
Retaking check photos
EVERY deposit I attempt to make I have to retake and retake photos. Each one seems perfect but is rejected. Frustrating
PITA
The app is fine for checking your balance but that’s about it. They are constantly changing it so about every month your credentials will no longer be valid and you’ll have to start over and recreate login info. Getting to the point where I’m just going to change banks.
Why?
Why change when there was nothing wrong with the old app!! This one is awful.
