enroll to create an account and it tells you to login to the account that you don’t get to make??? if you cannot create a username and password when you enroll how in the entire world are you supposed to login to an account that you didn’t make the information to?????? embarrassing and pathetic
Needs updating
I don’t know if anyone else is having the same issue as me, but I keep getting an error message that says to check my network connection and try again. All bars, latest version of the app, it should be working. Please fix
Irritating at times
Most of the time when I have trouble with the app is around the time of the month my social security check is about to be deposited. I dontknow how that manages to happen everytime of the month but it does. Also have to change passwords too often. I have had to change it so many times I’m dizzy and running out of new ones to come up with that I can easily remember. I would hate to have to start writing them down because that’s not to secure in my opinion. As a matter of fact it’s not working now after updating the app. Error says I’m not running the latest version, which I just updated or not connected to server. I have 4 bars of service. Arrrr. I think they need someone new to work on the app.

Problems every 2 weeks
I have had nothing but trouble with this app. Every 2 weeks it says it doesn’t recognize my credentials and I have to call the bank to fix it. I do not understand why this keeps happening but I would love for it to be fixed permanently. I am sick of having to do this!

FIX IT
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. It only works 70 % of the time and my login is NOT wrong. It really aggravates me that I can’t even check my balance without driving to the bank after hours. I thought with the new update this was over. NOPE!!!!
