Great app, but…
This app is very easy to use and meets all of my home banking needs. However, the recent changes to the bill payment interface are a disaster. I’m not sure why they would have taken something that was so easy to use and make it look so complicated.

always crashes
this app is so horrible takes so long login and always crashes and when you purchase something it’s delayed and it still pending so you dont even know what your actual balance is they need to fix this app asap
Zelle access please
We need to convenience of modern banking with people outside of the credit union. Give us access to Zelle, please.

Check deposit suddenly stopped working????? when with this be fixed????? so frustrating
The App does NOT love iPhone 14
I can’t get the camera to focus (or show any controls at all) in the check upload function. Help! I have to shut the app entirely to get out of the blurry camera mode.

A Great App!
This app does everything from helping me keep track of my expenditures, deposits, and transfers. I can do everything on my phone and with great efficiency. This is a great way to save time and get everything done to keep my finances in order.
One thing missing: credit card interest charges
Great app...BUT... your credit card history in the app does NOT show your interest charges. Instead, your balance mysteriously changes overnight when the interest charges are added to your debt balance. First Financial Credit Union needs to empower us members by allowing us to see the full activity history of our credit cards in the app.

Not happy with your business
You charge me 2 dollars a month to keep my money and you charge 10 percent to other people to borrow my money. I will be taking my money somewhere else. Have a great day!
Stopped working
For the last few months I have not been able to use this app due to “Application error” every time it opens. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted my phone, etc. nothing works. I emailed the credit union but have received no response. I use this app to deposit checks and it used to be amazing but now it’s useless.
