Was great until AI
Color crew, Googoo and Gaga, Harry the bunny, all great characters that teach babies baby things. Recently they started using a lot of AI and there’s been a lot of problems since. Videos don’t play all the way through, the 24 seven channel Constantly cuts off the endings of the shows, or just goes back to the app homepage on its own. They use it in a lot of their commercials, and now some of their lullaby shows as well. The commercials look weird, and I don’t have anything to say about the lullabies as we don’t want it for that.edit: I got a reply from the developer saying that they fixed the problem. I was just watching it and it kicked me off the 24 seven channel, and on top of that yes I still saw the AI commercial that they made.

Babyfirst, I really wish newcomers didn’t have to pay a subscription to watch all but THREE of your videos. If you don’t, perhaps you could have AT LEAST one free-to-watch video on each of your shows.
Moving on, I actually have a request for you: maybe you could add a BabyTV show, Mitch Match!
If you don’t know, Mitch Match was a show that aired on BabyTV from 2006 to 2020. It was animated by one of your fellow animation studios, PIL animation, who also did shows like Rainbow Horse, Fred and Fiona, & The Notekins.
The series revolved around four puzzle pieces, who morphed into various objects to solve problems.
Although both of these requests aren’t very likely, I hope you like my review, so thanks for reading!

Hey So I Just Wanted to Let You Know I Love Your Channel Ive Been Watching Your Channel My Whole Life But I Noticed Something in 2022 that I Was Fine With At First But Now I Hate It And That Is Licensing Shows. Now Licensing Shows is Never A Problem For Me Like Ex: Disney Adds Bluey To Their Channel And Then I Get Obsessed With The Show. SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED FOR EVERYTHING
I got this app for my son in hopes to entertain him a bit while also educating him. Everything is locked. Not a single thing to do unless you purchase a subscription. Very stupid to even have the option of free if nothing is free. Will be deleting app.
where did Fred and Fiona go?
When I went to the show section, I can't find Fred and Fiona and also can you bring back all of the old shows that you used to have on the TV channel get rid of all of your unknown, shows except for mini kids and sweet lullaby songs, and also bring back all the old shows also because you add a train for the home menu doesn't mean you have to get rid of all of the old shows also, why do you have to lock everything you have? but for a reason when I search for it, I found it, but all the episodes are locked and also why do you just have to put a lock icon on everything and it doesn't mean you have to make a subscription for that

My son has brain cancer, and Zoe from support helped updating the game and have some of his loved games available for him. My older kid is 11 years old and he loved baby first tv since he was a baby 🥰 thank you Zoe you make a wish come true for my younger son ♥️

Sweet story! I have been watching baby first since probably around 2015. Yes, I was 11. Yes, I’m an overgrown child. I listen to baby first when I’m sleeping sometimes. I think we might have either changed the app layout or my phone glitched the last time I downloaded this app, so I’m not sure what the problem was but hopefully it’s not an issue now that I downloaded it. Also, I wish they had some sort of archive where we could find old episodes of old shows. I remember when they still played squeak on their channel. I’m really showing my age. Lol.

Great app
Great app that my 3 year old loves. It’s nice that it has fun shows and educational ones. Had an issue with my account and the email linked to it and the customer service was amazing. Kept me updated and always was prompt with responses.
