Photo endorsements not working great
We filled out the endorsement with the proper information and it was rejecting it saying we need to fill out the information still.
Online deposit horrible
The online direct deposit programming and error messages are horrible. Default error message is that check isn’t endorsed properly but actual error may be front picture is bad or a number of other issues. It would be nice if the programmers actually tested their software prior to going live.

I am always so pleased with the service and attention I receive from First Heritage FCU. They have made every transaction easy and personal. The staff is exemplary. My local bank is very professional and friendly. The staff I have dealt with on the phone are very knowledgeable and patient.
Good when it worked
My app is not working when I go to put in my 4 digit code it just loads and loads and never unlocks to see my bank account

IOS 16 or greater for a banking app is a great way to anger your customers…
