This app has many problems. The app is often not accessible due to application errors. The features such as check deposit aren’t always available and when they are they often don’t function properly or efficiently. There’s no online bill pay available for the business app which is a huge inconvenience especially when you have to go to a browser to login because the bill pay doesn’t work on most browsers I’ve used. Overall I would think that these issues should have already been worked out considering the app is about 4 years old.

App doesn’t work...
I have a First Interstate Bank Business Checking account & I get an error message when I try to use this app. If a developer is looking at these reviews, please, contact me ASAP. My banker was no help in this matter. Thanks.
