No receipt name before sending
I saw many platforms when you try to send money to someone it shows you the name of the guy before sending it so you make sure the number is correct we don’t have this in this app.

This bank is completely inefficient and poorly managed. They are unable to process transactions involving US dollars and are prohibited from operating in Europe and the United States due to their severely compromised reputation. Furthermore, their mobile application lacks the functionality to generate bank statements, forcing customers to visit a local branch and pay exorbitant fees for printed records. Transaction costs are also unreasonably high, as the bank takes a significant cut from peer-to-peer transfers. Additionally, users are burdened with excessive annual fees just for basic card usage and account maintenance.

التسجيل اونلاين وكل شي اونلاين لكن بعد فترة عند توديع في الحساب يتم اخذ المبلغ الاموال ولاتضاف للحساب
يعني تبقى الأموال لديهم ولا ترجع للمستلم او المسلم
وعند اتصال بهم يقولون يجب مراجعة البنك في اربيل او دهوك.
علماً اني واحد من عشرات الذين خسروا أموالهم بهذه الطريقة.

Bad performance
It has been observed recently there is a glitch in the functionality on Apple versions, for instance you can login to app but not all the functions are not working fine such as withdrawal it shows user credentials invalid which seems to be an issue in the database or backend. Further the verification process is very complicated and it takes too long without getting approved.
The app needs to be tested extensively to check why exposing such errors: we assume that the app has to be working on all iOS version as long as they still supported by Apple regardless of device sizes.
