Every time I try to check “transaction details” the app immediately crashes and I can never see it.
1st Keystone Community Bank should pay all late fees
Genius idea - Launching something that doesn’t work, so bills can’t get paid on time. Why people are so intent to try to fix things that aren’t broke is beyond me. All late fees should be paid by 1KCB. I also wish I could rate this app a ZERO!
Huge hassle to get less
This app is terrible. Caused a huge inconvenience to myself and others close down access to our online account for this update when they could have just ported everything over when they finished. Clearly these developers don’t know what they are doing and it shows from this app. It looks and feels terrible and on top of it all it now has less features then the previous version. for example the feature allowing us to see our cards and also have a spending analysis of those card. So my question is what was the point of all of this if the end result is just something worse then what we had?

we didn’t need a new app for this at all. launching a new app at the end of a month, before a holiday weekend was completely stupid. I, and my friends, cannot access our accounts. this app won’t let us log in, it says my information is not in their system, they changed our passwords & those also don’t work (which resulted in my account being locked), I requested my username be sent to my email since apparently it’s “not in their system” and I haven’t gotten an email after requesting it 3 times. they did all of this before the first week of the month when people have RENT and BILLS to pay. absolutely idiotic. my friends and I cannot get in contact with anyone about this. completely stupid and not thought through at all. unnecessary changes and I hope it all gets fixed asap because we have BILLS to pay.
