Best Bank!

I never thought any Bank could take the crown from PSB but First Liberty Bank sure has. With the modern app making transactions instantaneously, to great customer service…. I don’t think it could get any better. I actually enjoy my banking experience now.

Deductions

My savings account was charged monthly because of the amount being lower than recommended amount over the last 4-6 months. A text / email / phone call are even a small message on my online banking app. Letting me know that the amount is to low and we will be withdrawing $5 a month until that account reaches zero would be simple and nice. I realize this is my laziness, but this is a drop in the bucket of the problems I have with FNB.
