This is the worst banking app
It continually gives me errors and it will not let me see my instant balance. Yes, it’s up to date. Yes, my password is entered correctly. I had to call customer service today and she told me that her app wasn’t working either.
So convenient!

It always locks me out and disables the Face ID. It’s always such a hassle.

This is overall the best bank I’ve dealt with in many years. They are few in staff but the friendliest an sweetest. Always willing to help. Thank you FNB

Zelle Complication
The app won’t work for Zelle, just opens the app for when you leave Zelle and that’s it. Really need this fixed ASAP
too much headache
both this app and the bank gives me migraines. they post pending charges from a month ago, today they took out and didn’t even show my check had deposited despite it having done so the day prior (with receipt) the app frequently crashes and has bugs. it jumps my total in account around. definitely switching banks with *hopefully* a better app

I've called I've gone into offices and still can't get logged into this app. I continue to have to go in through the website. If every other bank can get this right why can't they?
Not a fan
I, too, have waited for this app for some time. It finally arrived and seemed to be alright...but now it keeps telling me I must update, and there is no update available. I even tried downloading the app again to no avail. It will no longer let me access my account through the app. Not okay.
