Login Issues
Since the app was recently updated, I have experienced an increase of being logged out of my account and authentication errors. It’s really frustrating having to repeatedly log back in regardless if I have facial recognition enabled or not.
Bugs fixed
This version has fixed many of the bugs I experienced with this app in the past. Facial recognition works well, changing of password, adding of payees in bill fixed, remote deposit works great. The new layout is easier to view as well. Thank you for taking the time to get these bugs corrected.
The worst banking app
The worst banking app I have ever used. Unintuitive user interface. Uses facial recognition but still requires you to enter your password after it recognizes you.
Not a good attempt
Does this offer any more features than their prev app? Not that I can tell.
The prev app allowed you to create a sign on distinct from your web account and verify it through your credit card and PIN. That's pretty secure. This app requires you to have online access, which my wife doesn't want as she doesn't trust FNBA, and frankly, I don't blame her.
If you want to impress me, link the sign in to Apple's fingerprint reader. It's just an API call. And add depositing checks via camera, everyone else has it. But for now, I'm deleting it.
And EIGHT MONTHS since your last update?
COMPLETELY unacceptable, especially since both Apple and Google have come out with new OS versions since then!

This app is never available when I try to use it. It always says unavailable please try again. Pull it and fix it.
