Used to work perfectly, now buggy and unusable
I don’t know what has changed with the app, but every login attempt I make now says “Loading Failed. Operation cannot be completed”.
Terrible can’t even see my accounts activity
Probably the worst bank app I’ve ever seen. The app used to show activity on my accounts like what I bought and from where, but no longer does truly garbage.
Great App
This app is easy to use & navigate. You can view balances & transaction history, pay bills & make mobile deposits. The directions & guidelines are also clear. Overall great app 1NB! Thank you for your continued dedication to your customers!

Not able to deposit to checking. Your online 24/7 said all they could help with was resetting a password
Constant Problems
Have had to delete the app & reinstall multiple times on my iPhone. It constantly has error messages. It won’t save my password or fingerprint & I have to reenter it each time. So I’m not even allowed to use the fingerprint feature that I can use on my BOA account & others. I don’t have any problems with my other apps, so I know it is just there’s. Very disappointed & frustrating.

Keeps closing
I open the app put in my password, it loads then closes before I can see my bank info! App won’t stay open!

The trans description has now been cleaned up and very informative. This thing works great. Even has billpay.

Even tho setup is a pain, it does let you see your balance.. My biggest pet peeve is that the details on a transaction aren't helpful. Every one of mine always say "postpurchase trans" something or other. And gives the amount. This doesn't tell me where! And you can't make it show the rest of it at all. If I didn't need a local bank I would use one with a better mobile site/app...

Not user friendly!
Compared to the other bank apps I have, I would give this one an F!
It's hard to set up, customer service wasn't helpful, and you have to log into a home computer to set it up. If I didn't have such a good Loan Officer at this bank I would have switched banks a long time ago. Convenience is extremely important when it comes to my money!
