No real time balance available, transactions take DAYS to process. No access on weekends. The app is useless.
Good, could be better
The app became needlessly complicated with one seemingly small change to the bill payment system. Now for Every Single Payment Requested the user must specify one time only or reoccurring. This should have stayed that every payment was automatically one time only like previously. The prior method of setting up reoccurring payments was simple enough that they did not need to overly complicate the 99+% of single payment requests. Very, very poor decision by their programming team and their management.

Out dated.
No real time balance available, all transactions except deposits take a whole business day to be processed. No access on weekends. The app isn’t really that useful aside from using Zelle and checking out your bank statements.

This app is only viewable in portrait view and is not user-friendly at all. Who designed this? Look at Capital One’s app and fix this!

Works great and lets me do everything I would hope I could on a mobile app! Mobile deposit, Zelle, transfers. Love it!
Security questions
How many times do have to answer security questions to sign on, they make it to hard to gain access. It's easier to just go to the web site and sign on than it is to use the ap. I removed it from my our phones.
