Unreliable app
It’s about a 50/50 shot if I can login. More often than not I can’t. I have to retry and retry and then wait a while and try again.
Accessibility
App is down for maintenance or has errors more often than it works. Quite frustrating.
Decent
App works fine but would be nice if app would send a message for any future maintenance instead of making you think that something is wrong with your bank account because you can not log in. I seem to have issues logging back in every time the app is down for maintenance and having to all my bank to fix it each time.

The mobile app often has trouble reading the checks, probably because of writing styles. We often have to resubmit several times and occasionally still fail.
Great app
I was so excited when our bank told me they were going to have a mobile app. It's super convenient to check my balance and transfer money if I need to. I have been patiently waiting for this app and I'm not disappointed.
