Simply useless
The app requires you to finish the download from the manufacturer’s site. The site does not function. You can enter your address and provide a password but the site will say you have made a mistake when confirming your password! I have searched alternative download sites but they all go back to UBTECH.

This app does not allow you to log in or create an account. So basically, the robot (and the app) are useless. What a waste. How Apple allows this app to still be downloadable is beyond me…!

I CONNECTED to 20 WiFi and non of them worked and when it went in the app kept crashing and then the robot suddenly stopped this a money scam so please don’t buy this and the robot couldn’t identify me and I couldn’t get a refund on the robot and there was no help service.

You can no longer login to the server so this toy cannot be used anymore. Expensive doorstop.

Just doesn’t work
I’ve tried connecting to 4 Wi-Fi networks. That’s right. FOUR NETWORKS. This app just doesn’t seem to think Wi-Fi exists. I have tried 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz. I have tried 5g Broadband Wi-Fi, and 4g LTE Wi-Fi hotspots. This robot will just not connect despite my many many many many many attempts at different networks.
