Online Banking

I love it! I’m older and I don’t like computers to much! But I have multiple accounts that is linked to my mother and my husbands account and it is very nice t be able to transfer money! Love it!

you can no longer view your transaction history with the Voice Over screen reader

I can view my bank account balance, and most of the rest of the interface of the application but when I tap on my account to view my transaction history VoiceOver can no longer read the list. So be aware of this when updating to IOS 16. IOS 15 did not have this problem.

Convenient and safe

UPDATE BROKE IT

Use to work perfect but after the update it’s been broken. dates on purchases aren’t right and doesn’t even show some transactions. Please fix!

Can no longer use due to dropped support for iOS 12.x

Why drop support for iOS 12? I get that you can’t support all old versions of iOS, but Apple just released iOS version 12.5 on Dec 14, 2020. It doesn’t make sense to stop supporting those who don’t have the latest phone and can’t upgrade beyond iOS 12. This app was useful mainly due to the check deposit feature, but now it’s worthless to those with older phones.

FPF Online Banking

Awesome Feature

Pending

I would like to be able to see pending items in app. It will say available balance is lower but I can’t see anything until it clears the account.

Great bank app

Great bank ! And app is very easy to use. Highly recommend! Been at this bank for 26 years. Great customer service!

Great App

Easy to use.

Love it!

Easy to navigate, reliable, and was one of many banks to get ID touch first to sign in!

Xcursion

Easy to use app . Great addition to the banking services. Thumbs up...

Problem with mobile deposits

I like the App for checking account balances and a quick bill pay, but have major issues when trying to deposit a check mobility. The app crashes every time I try to take the pictures for mobile deposit. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this doesn't correct the issue. I have talked to my local branch about the issue and they honestly didn't seem to care. Would be much better if I could actually make deposits from the app.

Manager

Love the bank! Great service and people! App is do easy to use

Great app

Easy to use app. Does what I need.

Love It

I love this bank and I love this app. It's easy and convenient. I also like the fact that when you pull down the notification window or pull up the control center or go into multitask view, the app displays just the bank's logo and auto hides your acct info. I guess the next logical step would be to add mobile deposits.
