Does not work and poor service

The app never works I contacted the bank to make a transfer because the app was not working. A free transfer in the app would have cost me three dollars on the phone. Maybe they don’t want the app to work so they can charge fees like this.

First Port City Bank is a wonderful financial institution! They are big supporters of the community. Their financial products are best I have seen. In addition, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! A perfect combination!

Troubling

This app is absolutely terrible. I have downloaded and re-downloaded it a million times yet it still won’t allow me to access anything. It’s pointless when you can’t even use it
