I’ve worked for small volunteer departments and large career departments.
I expected generic and broad trainings, but this app generates trainings from real world calls, while referencing department specific best practices and SOP/SOGs… very cool. The trainings are custom and informative, and the podcasts are surprisingly realistic. Not what I was expecting at all, but bravo for this apps ability to make training affordable and ACTUALLY useful.
