Crashing
This game crashes after each expansion ,and the developers do nothing about it I have been 3 days trying to get back in the game ,and countless reports to developers not answered

I have played this game for a couple years and it started of well but the developers have quit and the game is full of glitches that are so bad that communication is almost zero. When you submit a ticket complaining it is never answered and the issue is never resolved. So best advice is to look elsewhere for a game and avoid any games run by this developer

Fun but needs bugs fixed
This game is fun and more more entertaining.
But your bugs need to be fixed.
Especially your translate button.
Takes 30+ minutes to load one small sentence.
Talking to members with a language barrier is difficult when translate doesn’t work.

This game needs a refresh!!!
I used to love this game and honestly I still do. I have been playing fir a couple of years now.
But it needs and update and a major upgrade, way too many glitches.

First off the only real reason to
play this game is the ppl you meet and are on teams with. But the customer service is NON EXISTENCE. This game rips off everyone but NEVER rectifying situations. They take your money but only give generic responses with no resolutions EVER. They never fix glitches the just make more and as a bandaid state they will fix it but never do. More glitches occur. After awhile normal events start glitching. Absolute joke of creators. Additionally u spend 30 days in state verse state New Era and maybe a week in you home state. Don’t pick up this game if you have this game get the refunds u deserve. These ppl should be bankrupted.

Too many glitches
Do not play, especially do not make purchases. The game almost requires you to spend money to be competitive, but then has too many unexplained errors and glitches to give you a disadvantage. Support takes extremely long to communicate, usually asking one generic question per day then after a week they give up and say there’s nothing they can do. Unless a full restart works, the support and developers will not do anything. The game would have potential if they could stand by their product and either fix issues or at least compensate from errors. Good luck!

Unknown charges
The game charges your account without your knowledge or consent. Maybe it’s in the Terms and Conditions in fine print, but having a reoccurring charge, small enough for you to miss, isn’t good practice! So buyers beware, you’ll get charged for an unknown reason!!

I’m not happy cause I’m trying to everything by hand I can’t pay like everyone me else can I would like to upgrade things but I can’t cause everyone is attacking me taking all my resources🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

After the update lost 2 accounts in state 49, good enough game, but lacking with support tech to help respond to open ticket, knight train
April 5th update
Broke the game. Many of my fellow players, and I updated the game and it started over.. completely start over. I’ll say I am annoyed. Others are angry, which if I spent money on this game and it did that I’d be too. But since the game has started me over I WILL NOT continue to play this game. Which is a shame, I actually enjoyed it.

It’s a good game so far. Really good graphics, the sound is amazing, and I could truly get immersed in it!
features not working -
Be careful of harassment and stalkers. The devs do nothing! And ... do not spend money here! I would like to give this 5 stars because it is a fun game with mostly good mechanics. But I can’t. In the private messages.. the block feature does not work, so I do not feel protected from men that keep sending nasty dm’s. I have written the devs about this several times. Also.. I paid for the feature to use my own pic as an avatar. (Yes… you do have to pay for this) 3 times now, after being posted for several days, my avatar gets banned because a player that reports it as being sensitive or bad. Then I have to wait for 3 days before being able to post another pic. Every pic I posted was just a plain selfie. Nothing sensitive. Nothing bad. But apparently, players can report your avatar just for the purpose of harassment and the game automatically bans your avatar for 3 days. I have complained several times to no result. The devs do write back with generic answers but nothing to fix the problems.

Awesome base build/zombie style games. I’m happy they added a few things that the others don’t have & I don’t mind the story that goes along with it. Keep it up!
