DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE WITH THIS BANK! First Savings Bank makes it nearly impossible to pay your mortgage each month. You can’t use the app to pay your bill. The customer service is awful. I have to make over 10 phone calls a month to pay my mortgage online. Every time I speak to a customer service rep on the phone I get different information. I was told to go in to a branch to set up auto pay. When I arrived they told me they can’t do it.
Unless you want to pay an additional fee each month to pay over the phone or mail a check then I suggest using another company for your mortgage.

Deposit Issues
App often will not allow checks drawn on another customers FSB account to be deposited to my account. Reported issue. Told I should just go to a branch.
UNRESPONSIVE
Very unlikely to open when you want to use it. Often doesn’t work at all. I have to delete and reinstall almost every time I use it (iPhone 12)
EASY
Everything is so easy to use. Very intuitive. Live this one!
About the sign up issue
Need to talk a lot just to sign up online mortgage payment or to create a user ID/password...
Every time it updates loses my info
Any time there is an update the app loses my username and password. I know that’s not a huge problem but with so many different apps and passwords there is no way to remember this info. It’s frustrating to have to contact the bank every time.
Hardly opens
The app hardly ever opens or says the session has timed out, if it does open it takes forever, sometimes won’t work for several days, usually have to log on to their website on the computer just to check my balance, very inconvient
App never opens on iPhone 8+ !
Before last 2 operating system updates on the phone it worked fine.
Now, I’m better off using the web site version to check my balance.
But, doing a mobile deposit isn’t possible from that site ...

Worst bank app ever
Worst app ever constantly trying to get you on overdraft they take the money out of your bank then they reapply the money back into your account then you're uncertain what amount of money that you actually do have even though you're writing them down it makes it very confusing and I wish they would fix their problems because if I catch an overdraft due to you guys taking money out of my account then placing it back into my account because of your problem on your end I'm not paying for it
