Always have issues logging in
I’ve gotten the invalid credentials message WAY TOO OFTEN. I love the bank, hate the app. Plus it’s not as easy to check your history and info as other apps such as US BANK

Problems with Mobile App
Have not been able to open the mobile app in weeks. When I called to find out the problem was told there is no problem on their end. I have used the mobile app for years. Am using my iPad and iPhone. Neither will work. Need a solution. I’ve rebooted both.
Solid App
Easy to navigate & transfer between other internal accounts. All your banking & interest information is available too.
Like the app just not password updates.
Would be nice if the password didn’t have to change every 6 months. Other banking apps don’t require it.

Transaction Search
I miss the old feature of being able to search through transaction by key words in the search bar.
Too difficult to transfer funds
The old version was much more user friendly I have to eiher memorize or write down every account number to make my weekly transfers which makes it very time consuming. The old version allowed me to name each account. Now I have to use a teller to assist me every week which is unproductive.

I love the friendliness of everyone and they are always so helpful whenever I call with a question or problem. I now live out of state but will keep this bank! Thank you First Service Bank!

I’ve been with them for over 25 years! They know me when I walk through the door or call on the phone. Even I can use the computer app! Absolutely the best people ever!!! Anything you need anytime you need it~ they are always there for you! I really appreciate how special they make me feel each and every time I call!!!

Love the bank -not the app
I constantly have problems with consistency in signing on. Many times I just end up going to bank site on a browser. Pretty inconvenient compared to other banks. BUT I love small banks who are proud of this country. And First Service is wonderful people!
Says I’m ineligible
Can use my online banking from the website but every time I try to log into the app it says I’m ineligible…….Thinking about switching banks just for the convenience of a mobile app that works
