Awesome app
I think this app is wonderful. I can see my balance, pay bills, move money, make deposits (my favorite) and so much more. Helps with budgeting which is very important to me in my financing. Overall I think the app is awesome…
1st Southern Customer
I am pleased with all that 1st southern offers as a customer for many years and with the app as well as in person both gives me the freedom and I am worry free I have been to many banks over the years when I started with first southern I have not wanted to go anywhere else I am a customer for life
Mobile deposit
Mobile deposit is awful, this is a feature that I am considering switching banks over. I ALWAYS get the error that this check has already been deposited, even with different check numbers and from different people. Unacceptable for a mobile app.
Handy tool
Great for what I use it for. Quick access to what shows up and when from my debit card is handy.

This app is one of the best apps that I have found that actually keeps up with your banking needs it is never done me wrong I’ll check my bank account very often and if I have any questions I always call the bank and ask my questions I am but this is one of the best banks and banking apps that you can possibly get

Great App!
I love the ease of the FSNB app. I love the access to your card to turn it off or on and also to notify about travel. Definitely one of the best banking apps I have ever used.
Get Caught Up
Every time, online or digital is behind by anywhere from 24-48 hrs. Notifications are a day late. Posts to account can be over 20hrs late. Late fees are assessed due to untimely notifications
Best mobile banking A++
Been with FSNB for a few years now and love the mobile banking app, best One so far compared to all my past banks. Fast and user friendly!!

Easy to use and very convenient for depositing and transferring money.
Love this App.
I’m a little obsessive when it comes to monitoring my bank balance. This app is perfect. I just open it up, log in (with my Face ID or PIN) and I’m able to see every account I have open. I can also basically do everything I need to from this app. Love it!

Love the app my favorite thing about it is the mobile deposit I travel for work and am paid with paper checks so it really makes my life so much easier.

The app works well. It’s fairly easy to use. It’s really easy to change your password. Much easier to use than some other apps I have had.

Pleasant presentation and easy user interface makes this app a pleasure for managing my money. Can’t dote enough on the mobile deposit capability this app offers! Makes my life easier. Not to mention saving the time and gas it takes to drive to town to make a deposit!
Not easy to find what you are looking for.
I am not the most computer savvy person, but not the worst, either. About the time I think I have figured out where things are, (ex: adding or changing a payor) the app is upgraded, altering the procedure. Fortunately, bank staff have been able to help me out. Still very confusing.
