App won’t Expand
As I am vision handicap capped I have to take numerous screenshots on my iPad to read what it says. I wish you would make it where everything could expand so I can read larger. Really hard when sometimes screen shots won’t let me expand in some areas like making transfers.

Love the app, I’ve experienced a couple of minor issues/glitches but overall it works smoothly and puts needed information at my fingertips and makes business banking a breeze!
Hardly ever works
When it works I like it a lot as it is very easy to use but many times the app won’t even open.
Does not work with iOS beta
If you’re an iOS beta user, be prepared to use the website and not hue app. All you get since the iOS 14 betas have been released is a blank screen then app crash. I’ve reported to CSR at FSB Athens and no response. “It works on my phone” is the reply I got from customer service. The app needs to be updated immediately to accommodate all users safely and securely.

Finally able to deposit
The only two issue is I had to wait almost a year to be able to deposit fund from my cellphone. With other bank the first day you open account. Another issue is it’s constantly updating so when I go out my password in it’s says in valid password. I work splits and it’s hard to get to the bank before it close at 4 during the week and week ended at 5. So when it time to transfer from from my account to pay a loan I can’t log in... so I’m late and i rarely go in to deposit funds.

I constantly have to delete the app and re-download it. Quits on me all the time, won't let me log in. Horrible app.
Very Useful App
This app is very useful - I can take care of all of my electronic banking. Recently enrolled for Mobile Deposits, so I can make check deposits from anywhere.
Great App needs update
Works great but needs an update for ios7. It's not working anymore.
