I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff at First Western Bank, at any of the branches I’ve used.
They are always friendly, prompt, and helpful with any questions I may have regarding my account. I really enjoy being able to speak with an actual person and not getting “thrown into an automated AI mess”.
My recommendation is always First Western Bank for prospective customers.

Good Bank
First Western has been a very good bank for our family. I like that I can manage our children’s debit card spending limits right from my phone.

FWB - is more than a Bank to me . The Bank I have been with for 30yrs it is like familiar friends and family ! The bank gives me a sense of security in my life . I could never use another bank ..
Not good
After 32 years of banking here you seem to have decided that you’re my mother and not a bank. Not giving me another debt card because I’ve used up my 6 in 6 months. Which I knew nothing about. And happens to be in store rule. You did it now. Never another good word about this bank.

Always efficient
Easy to navigate app, haven’t run into technical problems and I’m always able to access and navigate my account easily.
Sadly I cannot use the app right now as it is no longer accessible with my older phone as it requires IOS 16. It would be helpful if there were older versions available so that I could still access it.

Has always been helpful and easy to navigate. Would it be possible to leave an older version still available though because the latest update just went beyond my current IOS. D’:

If you have ever wanted to feel like you’re walking or even going through a drive Thru where it seems everyone knows you on a personal level, is always truly friendly ( not because they have to) and always is willing to work with you at any given time… this is definitely the bank to use!;). I have banked here for several years now and when I’ve had financial difficulties or just regular issues trying to figure out maybe something on the App, the people here will literally walk you through every step of the way… right there even in the drive - Thru!
During my financial issues, they have worked with me and even removed late fees! I only wish they had more banks in the area , because there is no other bank I would go to;)
Thank you ALL for being so kind at all times, professional and going above and beyond any expectations!
