Wonderful people!! All have helped me out of the messes I get myself into. So thankful I changed to this bank.
Mobile app
I love my first star mobile app. I use it several times a day to keep up with my money deposited and checks written that have cleared the bank. I don’t know what I would do without this important app. If you are not currently using it, you should download it on your mobile phone.
Never works as should
This app does not work like it should, I have tried to get Face ID several time and it just won’t let me. I’ve tried several times

I love the bank. I just wish there was more than one ATM in Muskogee. I also wish that we had the ability to lock our debit cards.

Issues
1. This app makes me log in EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I could use a 4 digit pin like on my Arvest Bank app. I also wish it would remember me from the last time I logged in.
2. I can’t name or rename my accounts from this app. I have to open my accounts from a pc in order to edit the account names. As someone who regularly uses over a dozen bank accounts, this is important to me and my business partner.

Annoyed
Even though I have the app set for face I.D. It randomly logs me out. Then I have to find all my info and re-enter and set it back to facial recognition. Extremely annoying because it’s always when I’m needing information quickly.
Barely functional
Convenience is lacking. When entering the code for 2FA, the continue button is in the upper right corner, under the text alert message. Not thoughtful. Put the button under the code and push the Resend Code link further down
Also, the initial account view is useless. If you can’t show all accounts right away, at least present the top viewed accounts. The current list view isn’t relevant.

Never saved information
I have to constantly put my information into the app in order to login it saves it once few times. It’s very frustrating.

I wish deposits were a different color. I have gotten refunded a couple of times for things and it is hard to find the transaction. The app is not very user friendly.
