I have no idea how much money I have bc I can’t log in
Every time I try to log in it tells me that there was an error. I don’t know what to do at this point. Ive forgot my username and password and it won’t work when I try the “forgot password”. PLEASE fix this app
As complicated as possible
Support staff are super helpful, the product itself is garbage. The limitations, layout, and user friendliness are on a par with 1990s reliability. Instead of making my company banking easier, the online services create huge frustration and waste hours each month, always resulting in calling support to learn another obscure or “wish I had know that sooner” piece of information. Today after receiving the monthly email that my e-statement was ready to view/print, I spent 30 mins trying to locate it. Having printed it off each month without issue, I called for help. Apparently, for some reason I was no longer “signed up for online statements”. Yet the system alerted me that it was available. Very typical example of the issues, frustrating waste of time e-banking at this bank creates routinely.

The WORST customer service
I am apparently the only one that has issues with the app not recognizing my login. It doesn’t even recognize my Face ID. Like clock work it happens every month, just never know when it will happen.
When I call customer service their only answer is… have you deleted the app?
FCNB needs to get them off the FB, IG, X or whatever social media they are on & trained on customer service regarding the app.
It’s just easier to change banks.

Great Bank , inadequate mobile app.
App is very limited in function.
Don’t download
If you value having mobile banking, switch banks. This app locks you out all the time and requires you to call the bank and unlock it. It has personally made me change banks and I wrote this as someone who never leaves comments because this is the exception. 0 stars if it was an option.
Worst app ever
This is without a doubt the worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t care what people say about the customer service their app is completely useless. As for practical banking uses the only thing it does is transferring money between your personal accounts. It’s a bland looking app that lacks all features a useful banking app should have.

Fix Face ID
Get the Face ID to work, please!
Almost unusable
The app takes days, sometimes even a week to update with your current balances or purchases, completely invalidating it’s purpose. Complete garbage.

Great bank, good app. It’s time to add Face ID. It’s not that hard, come on man!
Good luck getting in
Don’t ever enter your password in wrong, because if you do it once it doesn’t matter if you get it right from then on out. It’ll lock you out and you have to contact the bank just to get it fixed. Terrible app, makes me want to change banks just to have an app that isn’t this bad.

With the new iPhones we need a Face ID added to this app.

The app is worthless. Not user friendly at all. Also has no perks to it. Money doesn’t show when it’s withdrawn or spent somewhere automatically, unlike other higher quality banking apps. The app itself also crashes and is unable to load all the time. Almost makes me wish I would’ve banked elsewhere.

App not allowing to access despite password change
I was locked out if my First Citizens app today (entered the correct password) and had to call the bank to unlock my account. I changed my password on my laptop but still would not allow me access to the app with the new password. The app needs to be fixed. Thank you.

Transferring money
Why does it always say in-process when I transfer money from one of my accounts to another? Shouldn’t it be instantaneous!!!
