Mobile and tablet are useless for training modules
Pop ups are always blocked whether pop up blocker is on or off

I have deleted and reinstalled a couple times to no avail.
Please stop breaking this app.
Every time you guys update this something breaks. Now I can't even use face id to unlock I'm stuck with pin code only. If I set to just remember credentials the app goes into a login loop and needs to be deleted and reinstalled.
Slow to load and do anything
I’ve had issues for a few months now with it being slow to not working at all, I’ve uninstalled it numerous times and one time I was unable to get logged back in as it kept saying unable to authenticate. I’m trying to reinstall it now so we will see how this goes. And no other app on my phone has been giving me issues just this one. And I’ve been using the my portal on the website

Manager standpoint
This is a great app for managers as well. The only thing I would like to see, is us be able to pull up contacts from other locations.
Packet downloading
So sick of how slow this app is to start up every time it does a package download and takes ten years to open fix it already!!!!!!!
