Terrible app

My building now requires us to use this app to open the door remotely. The UI is absolutely horrendous. It takes about 6 steps and answering a call to finally open the door, leaving guests waiting at the door. It has a million bugs, lags like crazy, and doesn't even work half the time. The worst app I've ever used, only time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for an app. If it weren't for the fact that it is required in my building, I would have deleted it in 3 seconds. Please improve this app for the love of God.

Soporte para Puerto Rico y USA

Shows unskippable ads for basic functions

The latest update to this app forces an unskippable video ad on you when you use the function to remotely open the door. Completely unacceptable. I can deal with in-app ads that display at the top and bottom of the window but an unskippable video ad that takes over the entire screen is over the line. App uninstalled. Also it’s completely unprofessional to leave the addition of ads out of the release notes.
