Not user friendly
App is not letting me see my past or upcoming orders. Hard to tell what is going to be my next shipping date. Overall app is confusing.
Very good app to accompany the club
Overall, I’m pleased with the app, which has steadily improved over time. However, the one little thing that still kind of annoys me is that putting in text (like when writing tasting notes on a wine), the keyboard doesn’t auto-capitalize after periods (or ? or !) like most other text input in other apps do. If they fixed the keyboard behavior, I’d give it 5 stars.

Scanning issues
You’re scanning system does not work at all
Can’t even login in
It says it has to verify my connection before I login which doesn’t make sense and it won’t even verify. It just keeps a loading screen.
App does not work
Used to work but hasn’t worked for about a month. I’m days away from canceling subscription.
Fantastic Wine, great flexibility
We’ve really been able to get in a good groove of wine my wife and i enjoy with each bottle. The price is right, the delivery flexibility is helpful, and the customer service is responsive!
Freezes
App isn’t working. Each time I tap something to do it just takes longer than a few minutes to even load. I cannot click on anything else because it didn’t respond. There are no updates so not sure what the issue is. Why can’t we just choose from your listed selection and pick what we want in our shipments. This is why I stopped using g it in the first place. Why not give more options inside of your app? Allow experienced wine drinkers to make their own selection and leave the apps automated choice selection for people who are newer to the wine drinking experience?

App still is not working for me
This app was awesome before the update. I am a club member. I can finally get into the app but it doesn’t show my upcoming shipment order at the top like it used to. I have to go into the web version and when I click on the wine it still won’t give me any info on the wine that’s being selected for me. I have to go and search the wine to read about it in the wine shop. Too many steps as it was much easier to navigate before. Please change the app back to the previous version

It doesn’t work
We try to open and it doesn’t work. It turns out as soon as it opens. The version is the actual one.
Doesn’t even open now
The app was great until they updated it. Now it won’t even open. If they don’t get it fixed soon, I’ll be canceling my membership
Not able to open app
The app was alright, but now I can’t even open it, sadly I logged all the wines I liked on this app so now I can’t remember some.
The app update
The app was functioning great but, after the update the app went blank. I have not been able to login into or even to get the mobile app loaded.
