I was always thinking about actual therapy but was hesitant about the time and cost commitment, this app helped give an intro into what it would be like to have someone to talk to and reflect with but also at the leisure of my own time
Helpful app to turn to for my mental health
Just having someone to bounce ideas off of and reflect on different problems I’m facing has already seemed to improve my mindset significantly. The app pretty is straightforward and simple making it easy to open up whenever some obstacle or problem comes up.
My mental state can sometimes be too overwhelming and I find myself not able to be productive. This app has been helping me to focus on what I can do now instead of getting into a negative loop. Looking forward to see what else the app will add.
