Very very disappointed by their refund service!!
Had to reply couple of mails only to confirm that I need the refund!!
There is no in app refund confirmation or notification or sms notification system.Moreover there were no different characters or font or link in the mail that indicates I have to reply!
As a result of delayed response there added another penalty!
Very cunning & unprofessional behaviour!
