Am Anfang war es noch so das du pro Werbung immer ne std Internet hattest (mit w lan) dann haben sie es so gemacht das du pro halbe std eine Werbung schauen musstest hast aber dafür unlimitiertes Internet gehabt dann haben sie es limitiert und jetzt guckste eine Werbung man bekommt 20 Mb dafür und diese werden in den nächsten 2 min komplett leer gelutscht. Einfach insane was dir mit entverbrauchern machen ich rate jede von dieser App ab

Horrible customer

When you wanna get a refund they are horrible at the customer service and the eSIM you purchased is not even a un unlimited, they give you 30 days for 40 GB a day. This is not even a unlimited thing.

Now used this app worldwide on numerous trips and provides best reliability, connectivity and support. Three worldwide trips across Asia, Caribbean and Middle East allowing selection of countries and on one occasion that error in eSIM occurred unilaterally compensated for the lost service. I’ve used Firsty when I travel and found that the service, connectivity and g levels is all that they say it would be.
Most importantly I’ve had issues getting it started a few times and today I wanted to hook up for 30 days premium service and could not get it working. Thru chats with them it took just a very short time to get it working. I’m sold on Firsty primarily because they help, right away to get it solved. Thank you Firsty!!🙂
