Don’t waste your time

Every time I open the game weather it been an hour or overnight. The fish are all dead no matter what you do.

We're sorry to hear about these fish! Many factors can cause a fish to lose health, including the environment, over or under-feeding and whether they're common or rare breeds, for example. Tap on the skeleton of a dead fish, then tap on the “Autopsy” button to see a report of how they died, along with the best course of action to prevent it from happening again in the future. You also have the option to revive them by spending gems or watching video ads, or you can delete them altogether. We recommend that you focus on breeding and selling more common breeds in the beginning, so you can afford to upgrade your aquarium's environment to sustain the rarer breeds.

Blah… fish stuck in shop 3 3 days no sales

I put in a ticket and got no help, I have fish in the sale tank but no sales for 3 days now and no response from the help desk… I made the mistake of paying for gems for tanks now I bet they tell me to delete and reinstall. Only shop 3 is on the fritz

What good is money when everything costs gems?

This game is just a cash grab. By the time you get the golden guppy and make money, there is nothing left to spend it on.
Boring too, takes forever to sell fish while you sit and wait:(

Time consuming

If there were just a few changes this game would be a five star. My biggest complaint is the time it takes to sell fish. There is nothing to do while the customers walk around the shop and even with many upgrades it takes 5-10 minutes for all the fish to sell and with three stores that’s 30 minutes of doing nothing. You can’t leave the store screen or the fish won’t sell. It’s a waste of time that’s very frustrating. I wish when breeding fish they would only have 1 baby instead of two. Having double the same fish isn’t helpful, it just limits how many fish you can breed. There is nothing amount of gems needed is too high. There insta-grow potion used to be available with coins but now it requires gems which is an awful change. This game isn’t something you can jump on and play for 15 minutes, it’s too time consuming. You have to wait for the fish while they’re pregnant and while the fish grow up and can’t speed it up without spending a lot of gems. At least these can happen while you’re off the game but then you have to wait on the store screen for them to sell before you can breed more fish or really do anything on the game. The graphics are really cute and the idea of the game is great but the store for selling the fish and gem prices really drag it down.

Currency system sucks

The game’s currency system needs improvement.
The beginning of the game, you cannot keep rarer fish alive for more than a couple hours, if that. Fish are dying before reaching maturity, and the upgrades for the tank are too expensive.
You can watch an ad for 50 coins, or for a measly 2 gems. The fun isn’t in breeding and selling the same fish in bulk just to earn money, but breeding to fill out the findex. I think the game would rope in more use and entertainment if the game was easier to play for beginners. In this generation, interest is lost so quickly. You really need to make it playable without having to buy gems/coins or watch ads CONSTANTLY to make ends meet in the game. Please take this into consideration and make adjustments for the enjoyment of other users.

Basically impossible without paying real money

The potential is there, but it’s nearly impossible to make actual progress unless you spend real money on gems. Store/tank upgrades cost a smaller amount of gems (but they’re crazy hard to earn), but an insane amount of coins. The cheapest coin-based upgrade is still 1200 coins, but when most fish are selling for 5-20 coins that takes a lot to save up. And in the mean time you have to spend 40 coins every time a fish gets sick (which is often). The real-time mechanics also make things really hard. I bred some fish before I went to bed. By the time I woke up they had been born, grown, got sick, and died.

Money pit

This game would be great if they made it easier to progress. If you want to get anywhere you need to buy coins and you have to spend at least 14.99 for a decent money pack as most items needed to progress are at least 1200 coins. At an early point your base fish wont sell and unless you upgrade with the expensive tasks than your rare fish die before they reach adulthood and they cant be sold until adulthood. So any hopes to slowly grind the coins buy selling base fish doesnt work. You can watch he add to get 50 coins. But you are also then looking at spending a min 80 coins a day as your fish will get ick or fungal sickness.

What a cash grab!

Great game. I used to play it on my laptop all the time. However, this game is very expensive to play. You have to pay for gems, which are used for everything and if you don’t have the gems, you don’t get to play and you can’t advance in the game, I’m only keeping it on my iPad now for when I get really bored. I know about the different ways to earn coins and I’m doing fine with coins. It’s the gems you don’t get enough and then you have to buy them if you want to add any of the upgrades or anything else it’s just ridiculous.

Old favourite

Good to see this back as addictive but frustratingly slow with too many glitches, heavy use of battery life and but game concept preserved.

Designed to have to pay

The game evolves into an unplayable mode. After a couple days of playing you won’t be able to sell fish and progress.

Needs improvement fish die too easily

This game could be really good but there are things that let it down, fish die so easily like they could all be healthy then you go off it for an hour or 2 and come back to loads of dead fish. upgrades and everything are so expensive so to actually get anywhere you would have to spend real money

In game costs

this game it’s really pretty but the in game cost are so high almost impossible without using really money to get things which I didn’t download this for that’s where’s the fun in it if to get anywhere in going to have to use really money in fish tycoon 2 it was way more affordable using in game coins in this one everything seems to cost gems
Over all this game is pretty and a lot more to do but in game prices need to be adjusted

It’s okay

Game is interesting at first but you lose that very quickly. It’s a veryyyyy slow process to earn money in the game and if you buy any coins or gems in the game it’s ridiculously high . If you’re looking for something exciting this is not it .

Fish die from time you go to bed to time you wake up, have to spend gems to revive them… coins cost so much to purchase, everything way over priced. Game impossible,

Can play the game before bed and by the time you wake up and check half of your fish are dead

Saddening

Last day of work used to be such a respectable company that had beautiful art in their games, now everything is filled with ai and reduced to cheap garbage. It’s not even worth playing anymore, if you’re willing to cut corners when it comes to art (the entire basis of your games) how good could they possibly be? It’s sad how far they’ve fallen.
