ZERO SUPPORT
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and in the last month and half I haven’t been getting “coins” in the correct amounts. It may sound silly but you can’t play this game or advance without them.
I have contacted their horrible support team probably 30 times now with ZERO response. I have done everything their robot support suggests many times. Nothing works. This is total BS. If you want to play this game go for it but don’t waste any money on it because if you EVER NEED SUPPORT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR ANSWER YOU!

I can’t get into the game, it keeps crashing on the Playrix screen, so I can’t even contact support. It’s been over a day now. I tried restarting my phone, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Part of the game, like room renovation, I cannot select and despite numerous attempts for technical support, I just get a thought that ends a conversation after giving me useless suggestions. Suggestions I’ve already tried and they failed to be successful.
Clearly, not actually interested in making experience enjoyable and just probably more interested in taking money.
The part I want access would’ve given me more ways to play without paying.

Great game
Notification stops working
You turn on notifications and it works for awhile then all of a sudden they stop. You have to reboot the device to restart notifications again. Then it works for a day or two and then stops again. There's definitely a bug.
