Games fun but can’t buy in-app purchases

I love the game but when I try to buy something it loads forever I have left it to load for an hour plus I have tried to contact there support but it is hard to find out how to connect them I am hoping that they will see this review and help me

Don't download unless you have $70 to spend

It's a really fun game but your asking price of $70 to unlock the elemental a and adventurers is hilarious. I could buy a PS4 game for less than that. Another good game ruined by greedy developers.
