Won’t load

I can’t get the app to move past the loading screen. I just get the spinny circle.

Scam

I got a notification that the app is shutting down. I submitted a request for payout and a refund on the 2 current challenges I’m in with no response. They owe me $216.

Would be great if it worked

The concept behind this app is great, but in my experience the app did not connect with my watch and I wasn’t given credit for challenges I completed. It also takes several days for the money to reach your account. This required way too much time for a $10 credit.

FAQ

What is Fit-centive?

Fit-centive is an app that allows you to join personalized health and fitness challenges. You pay a stake to join a challenge, and if you meet your daily targets, you earn cash rewards. It helps you stay accountable and motivated to achieve your health goals.

How do I track my progress in challenges?

You can connect a compatible device such as an Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, Fitbit, Ultrahuman, or Oura to automatically track your progress. For step-based challenges, you can also use just your iPhone to track your steps.

How much does it cost to join a challenge and how are payouts handled?

Each 5-day challenge typically has a $25 stake. If you complete all 5 days by hitting your daily target, you receive a $35 payout. Missing a day results in a $5 deduction from your potential payout. Payouts are processed via PayPal or Venmo after the challenge concludes.

What kind of challenges are available?

Popular challenges include Weight Loss, 10K Daily Steps, 8 Hour Sleep, 2K Daily Calories Burned, and 75 Hard. The app offers personalized challenges to suit various fitness and health objectives.

What devices are supported?

The app supports a wide range of devices including Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, Fitbit, Ultrahuman, and Oura. For step-tracking challenges, you can also use your iPhone without needing an external device.
