App v1.5.9 build 1 can’t find e watch
Bluetooth connection on the watch is working but the app doesn’t connect to it, even though it’s still shows up as binded. Tried to unbind it, it just keeps scanning & doesn’t find the e watch so can’t add it back in at all. Bluetooth in any iOS device doesn’t show e watch either, even when restarted, so there’s nothing to remove nor add. The android app still works though.

QR code
I couldn’t scan the QR code, I try multiple times and ways, nothing works. Disappointed.

en varias ocasiones decía que lo tenia que conectar a bluetooth y cuando lo conecte decía que no estaba conectado tampoco deja conectarlo directamente de la app una estafa total
Keeps logging out
I can’t get it to keep any information. I can’t change the time, I don’t know how to access the music or download it. Can’t do it on the computer nor from the phone….it’s a total waste of time.

Stopped working
After two weeks , watch will not reconect to the program.

App couldn’t find the e watch at the beginning. I went to the app found the help section- Often asked questions found the solution— simply go to the phone settings—Bluetooth— disconnected e watch and then go to app to search it will be paired instantly!

This is sad
I just received the watch this 3/23/23 and the app is not finding the watch after pairing the app to Bluetooth. The app finds everything else around but not the e-watch. So, after searching for help in google and failing, the watch is just sitting there and I will be deleting the app from my phone. This is disappointing and sad. When you know that your product is crap why bother selling it and have bad reviews ? You should be ashamed of yourselves.
