Absolute worst app, probably in the entire App Store. For an upscale gym, completely unacceptable.

Makes no sense how terrible this app is
Please hire someone to repair this terrible app. I love the classes and see no problem with booking ahead of time but this app makes it take forever

This app is just so horribly done and needs a complete redo. I can’t scroll through locations so I can’t set a reservation for the downtown location.

This app is garbage, built for a super old version of iOS to begin with, buggy, crashes often and has to be restarted to work can’t do anything without restarting the app 5 times.. and during COVID they expect you to use it to make reservations to work out and such even tho this stupid app is trash. Come on ... update your crap

Only works to book gym time at the east village location. App interface is terrible and you can’t change which gym you are trying to use. I love fit as a gym but they should be embarrassed by this app...
Worst app
App does not remember your user name or password and the menu in top left corner is the same color as the header, so you don’t even know it’s there. Just ridiculous. To reset your password (because it does not temember it) is the most frustrating experience ever. Great gym. App is horrible.
Fire your app developer
Took me 5 tries with the help of Fit staff to get this to work. Once in, it’s still a terrible user experience. You have to book a class in order to schedule a time to work out, even if you’re just working out and not taking a class. How is anyone supposed to know that?
It’s clunky, doesn’t load all the time. Stops working with no error message, I could go on. So many problems.
Just go in to the gym and have the staff do it. Wonder how many members you’re losing because of this app.

God tier Application
In all my years of surfing the interweb, I have never came across an application with such a smooth, seamless interface. Astute and revolutionary. Kudos!

This is not ready for use. From insecure login management to frequent crashes and freezes, this app is not useable.
