Crash central
Not only does the app continually crash. The system won’t update between the different iPad. Making the usage a pain in the butt. Would not recommend to anyone who….
Keeps getting better
David is a super responsive dev and his and his teams work continues to improve. We’re a ski shop and run all our service repair work through FIT. Not only streamlines things, but we don’t have to store paper legal documents for 7 years!
Better client communication and record retrieval
We were slow to adopt this app, but and glad we finally did. Being able to text and email out ski and snowboard clients directly from the app is super helpful during the busy season. Rentals are ready. Service gear is ready for pick-up. Pretty nice.
Also, being able to track all rentals, service and boot fits is helpful for us and a better customer experience when someone says “I just want to rent what I had the last time.”, but they don’t remember the gear. Using FIT, we can find the complete history in seconds.

Outstanding!
Paperless IS possible. What a lifesaver. I can’t believe I didn’t take this on sooner. An absolutely brilliant system and they even made some customizations for me. Just fantastic!
