Данное приложение было скачено , но подписку на него не делала...но она списалась на сумму 2990... есть ли какая то горячая линия? Приложением не пользуюсь и хотелось бы вернуть деньги...

Добрый день! Я выполняла задания по программе Сушка без пощады- была в конце пути...но произошло обновление на программу Fit и все данные утеряны... как быть??

It's Simple. It just Works.
I've tried 7 fitness apps so far and Shred just works for me. I can do the workout anywhere: home, gym, hotel. I break a sweat, I get sore, I finish in 15-25 minutes and my body's changing. I will be upgrading once I finish the free 30 day beginners routine. It just makes sense. And when I want more, I just lift or run or walk after I Shred. But Shred is my minimum and only workout most days - and it's working.

I found this app both helpful and good for what I wanted it for - To lose weight and tone up. It is high intensity but with the ability to chose when you do each section throughout the day. I thoroughly ache after every session. Would definitely recommend!
Terrible. Just terrible
I only get 3 exercises for a workout. I bought the "inclusive" app upgrade. Still only 3 exercises. I look at it again today and yet another option for buying more. No thanks. Feels like a scam.
